Is it a panic attack or an anxiety disorder? Are these things that affect you? These days most people see these as the same thing, just different names.
You can suffer the same group of symptoms from either of these conditions. No matter how mild or severe your symptoms. You will still end up petrified with these attacks.
Whether you put yourself in the panic attack or anxiety disorder group doesn't really matter. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Any relief from these attacks will be a godsend.
I've witnessed how bad these attacks can be and realised the need for a cure, fast! Many types of drugs are available as treatments for anxiety and panic. It's a good idea to get checked out by your doctor to rule any other problems out.
If you are currently having anxiety or panic attacks. I would try to find a treatment that doesn't involve drugs. I say that for a couple of reasons.
First you have the potential nasty side effects. The other reason is that medication programs are mostly only short term things. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.
It's a certainty that most doctors would have you stop the drugs sooner rather than later. But what if I come off the drugs you might ask. That's a very good question.
I think you'll be pleased to know that you don't need to rely on drugs. There are other methods that will work better. And there are no drugs or medication needed. No drugs or (costly) hypnotherapy sessions.
Other anxiety sufferers conquered their problems without drugs and knew they needed to spread the word. These techniques teach you to recognise when an attack is looming. Then you use what you've learned to quickly stop it from going any further.
Your choice now is this…live with your panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or take your life back and get back to normal.

Want to discover a panic cure that doesn't use drugs? You may not believe me but there is a cure and I can show you. It seemed like an eternity of searching but I eventually found one.
If you get any relief from drugs it may only be for a short period of time. This is without talking about potential side effects. This is the reason it's so important to find a panic cure that doesn't use drugs.

The side effects of some of these drugs are no joke. One (anti-depressant) drug even claims it may cause depression on the label. What's that all about?
It's proven that anxiety disorders are a problem of the mind, not the body. Please know that I'm not trying to make them sound any less harmful. It's a fact though that they are in our heads.
Surely then if it's mental, wouldn't the cure be mental as well? When I say that, I mean we have it (the cure) in our heads already. All we need is a teacher to teach us how to use this power.
The ideal situation is one where you feel a panic attack rising ever so slightly. You then start using the skills you've learned to combat the attack. And you immediately stop the attack and carry on with what you were doing.
Fairly unbelievable I know. This time it isn't, it's reality and thousands if not millions of people will be able to do this easily. Get these techniques under your hat & you have a panic cure for life.
You can get this system now, on the web somewhere. You could be learning the techniques in less than 10 minutes. Within a few days you could be on the road to being panic and anxiety free.
What are your options now? More suffering. Worrying constantly that an attack could be just around the corner. Or you could arm yourself with a method that will teach you how to stop them in their tracks.

What causes panic attacks? The causes (or triggers) could be one of many things. You may not even be aware of what they are.
A junction in town, while she drove, triggered my wife's attacks. That particular junction, if she came anywhere near it she would get struck by an attack. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.
Your panic attacks causes could be anything. No doubt every time it's the same thing. Could be a crowded area. Any crowded area will set them off.
You may have no idea what your panic attacks causes are. Identifying and knowing your triggers is going to be important. This will help loads in overcoming the panic symptoms.
It'll help if you can spot what your trigger or triggers are. When you start to get control over your attacks. You can "test" yourself with these triggers to see how much you are improving.
Ok, I'm jumping ahead a bit here. Bumbling on about testing and control amongst other things. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised to learn there are methods you can use to "cure" these anxiety attacks, and without drugs.
A technique that you can use when you feel an attack on the horizon. Many happy ex sufferers use this system every day. They are finally in control and are anxiety free.
Best of all these techniques do not use drugs or medication of any sort. So, you don't have to keep shelling out for repeat prescriptions. Or, worry about the potentially nasty side effects.
It's a simple thing to learn these techniques off by heart. When you feel an attack coming on you start your exercises. It may not work perfectly the first time but practise does make perfect.
Let's go back to tests and triggers. You can use your trigger to 'almost' bring an attack on and test your skills. And as you get more confident, the easier you find it to stop the attacks in their tracks.
Are you prepared to continue being a sufferer? Or will you learn to stop your panic attacks causes.

Anxiety attacks are very serious, a disorder that people in every country struggle with, some minor, and some major.
If you suffer from anxiety attacks, you need to know that others know what you are going through and while debilitating, talk to your doctor because you do have treatment options. Once you learn how to stop anxiety attacks, you will be able to study in school, perform at work, and take back control of your life.
The symptoms associated with anxiety attacks are varied but the most common include mood swings, chest tightness or pain, problems with digestion, irritation, fast heart rate, and much more. Obviously, this is scary but your doctor will start by conducting tests to confirm you have an anxiety disorder and that no other problem is occurring. Once confirmed, you will be provided with several treatment options and your doctor will guide you to the one he/she feels will be best for you.
The good news is that because so many people have this problem, a lot of research has been done by scientists and medical professionals, looking for triggers. Although people have different input, most feel inheritance is an issue. In addition, most experts agree that an imbalance of chemicals in the brain, as well as post traumatic stress disorder is involved. Although more studies are needed, most experts feel the answer is not far in the future.
Regarding the chemical imbalance in the brain, it is has been identified that neurotransmitters in the brain responsible for sending signals and loaded with chemicals somehow changes. When the chemicals become imbalanced, signals can no longer be sent properly. As a result, anxiety attacks happen. Then for post traumatic stress disorder, this is triggered by tragic occurrences in life to include death, divorce, illness, or a loved one going to war, again, triggering an anxiety attack.
If you deal with anxiety attacks, even if you only have them on occasion, all of the symptoms you face, the stomachaches, headaches, heart palpitations, chest pain, and mood swings can be treated. Remember, anxiety attacks can be so severe that people honestly believe they are having a heart attack, which results in them to be rushed to the emergency room.
The key is to sit down with your doctor so you can discuss different treatment options. Soon, you will be on your way to a better life once you and your doctor stop anxiety attacks from occurring.

It's not surprising that a number of people would prefer Coping with panic attacks without prescription medication. It seems that prescription medication is one of the biggest killers of big stars of late. In reality, thousands of people die from taking medication every year. Reasons are usually due to taking too much or mixing medications.
Anxiety Symptoms may lessen with the use of antidepressants but they will not treat the root cause of anxiety disorders. People also worry of the possible side effects of medication and that they may become addicted. Medicines that are prescribed hold the same risks as street drugs and should be taken with precaution.
Medication might initially help in Controlling Panic Attacks but in the long term they will lose effectiveness. Unfortunately patients grow dependent on them and often increase their dosage to try and attain the same effect. Sometimes this is even down to the doctor's advice. Risk of danger also increases when different medications are taken.
Men who suffer from anxiety disorders are more likely to drink alcohol as a means in coping with panic attacks and anxiety. This can be a lethal concoction when mixed with anxiety medication. Because anti-anxiety medication doesn't tackle the real cause of anxiety, it cannot cure anxiety disorders.
It's fair to say that a natural method for controlling panic attacks is a more ideal solution. A meridian energy tapping technique known as Emotional Freedom Technique is one such method. Using the tips of the fingers, a tapping action is used to stimulate and unblock disruptions in the body. This may sound like an odd remedy for treating anxiety. However, one must realize how our physiology is connected to our psychological behaviors.
During an anxiety attack, a sufferer notices the physical symptoms that manifest. The nausea, the tingling, the shortness of breath, the chest pains and so on. However the cause of attacks are due to psychological behaviors and beliefs. It's the mind that triggers these physical symptoms. The mind and body connection is more apparent when we experience stress and anxiety.
This is why therapies such as acupuncture, reflexology and EFT can help a great deal in controlling panic attacks. Other alternative therapies include Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy. Health, diet and exercise are highly ignored methods that have tremendous effect on psychological health and wellbeing. Just by eating well and doing physical exercise regularly can have a dramatic affect on mood.
An important aspect of overcoming anxiety is changing your beliefs and behaviors. Your negative beliefs and worries drive anxiety. By working on changing your physical and mental state, you can become much more happy. Success in all aspect of life comes from motivation and pushing for goals that achieve happiness. Apply yourself and start learning and growing so that you increase your potential in life.
Going out and meeting people is a great confidence booster and relieve stress. Be the master of your emotions and read anything that will inspire you and make you stronger. Reward yourself with relaxation daily to balance life; take a hot bath, go for a relaxing stroll or watch something amusing. Coping with panic attacks also means avoiding triggers such as stress, unnecessary worrying, and caffeine and alcohol.

social anxiety treatment
Is it a panic attack or an anxiety disorder? Are you suffering from one or both? Actually the general view is that they are one and the same.
Both can give you similar symptoms. No matter how mild or severe your symptoms. It will still scare the pants off you every time.
Whatever camp you fall in, the panic attack camp or the anxiety disorder camp. It's important to get control as soon as possible. Anything will do to quieten these horrific symptoms.
I know full well how urgent the need for treatment is after witnessing a full blown attack. A huge list of drugs is available from your doctor to treat panic & anxiety symptoms. I'd advise getting a proper check-up as soon as possible just in case anything more sinister is going on.
If you are sure you have a panic or anxiety disorder. My advice would be to opt for a non drug treatment. I say that for a couple of reasons.
For starters, you would avoid potentially harmful side effects. The other reason is that medication programs are mostly only short term things. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.
It's a certainty that most doctors would have you stop the drugs sooner rather than later. You would be forgiven for thinking what happens then, when you stop the drugs? An important point indeed.
I think you'll be pleased to know that you don't need to rely on drugs. There are other methods that will work better. And they don't rely on any kind of drugs. No drugs, pills, potions or black magic. Nothing like that.
Other anxiety sufferers conquered their problems without drugs and knew they needed to spread the word. They work by teaching you how to spot the signs. And then quickly stamping down on them and halting an attack before it starts.
You have two choices now; you can choose to be a victim to these panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Or do something about it for yourself and take back control of your life.

anxiety disorder treatment
Panic attack treatment. You might be wondering if one exists. A way of stopping them without the use of medication
It's definitely possible to stop them without drugs. I know! It's not exactly a "cure" but as near as you will get. You don't get to take a spoon full of medicine and it's miraculously cured. But you do get to stop them for good.
I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with an anxiety disorder for a while afterwards. I must have tried every drug on the market. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.
This is the bad thing about drugs and panic attacks. If you even do get some benefit, it's lost when you stop the drugs. And no doctor worth their salt will want to keep you on prolonged medication.
You will have to come off at some time. And the anxiety will be back. And usually worse because you know damn well they are coming back with a vengeance.
Wouldn't the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I have total control over my anxiety attacks now.
I was once stuck in a hole just waiting for the next random attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. Crowds are what trigger an attack for me. Only has to be three or more people and bang!
I got to the stage where just a few people around me would have me running for dear life. In my subconscious mind I was aware that it was silly, there was no real danger. Still, I just had to run. I believed I was fleeing for my life.
I spent ages searching for a cure of some description. When the wait was over it was definitely worth it. Sadly none of the medical professionals I saw had any knowledge of the "cure" I found.
You can keep on searching and hoping and in the mean time taking the drugs. Or start to do what I do every time I feel an attack coming on. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.
You can learn how I do it by clicking here to go to my site.

social anxiety treatment
Panic attack cure. You might be wondering if one exists. A medication free treatment?
I know for definite that a drug free cure does exist. It's not exactly a "cure" but as near as you will get. You don't get to take a pill & bam it's cured. But you can stop them altogether.
I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with a panic disorder for a while afterwards. I must have tried every drug on the market. I didn't see any benefit from the drugs but I knew anyway that any help they gave me would stop when I stopped the drugs.
There's the big problem with medication for anxiety disorders. You can't take medication for ever so any help you get from them will eventually be lost. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.
You simply have to stop taking the drugs at some point. And it all starts over again. And when the attacks come back, they are worse because you've been dreading them for a while.
In an ideal world a treatment for social anxiety disorders without drugs would be readily available. I can give you hope now because I know there is one, I use it! I've taken back control.
Discover an alternative to drugs for your ** social anxiety treatment **
I suffered random anxiety attacks that wrecked my life. I actually know what kicks my anxiety episodes off so "random" isn't strictly true. Crowds are what trigger an attack for me. Only has to be three or more people and bang!
I got to the stage where just a few people around me would have me running for dear life. Yet in the back of my mind I knew how stupid that actually was. No matter, when I felt the panic rise, I was off like a jack rabbit.
I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. I don't mind telling you it was well worth the wait. Sadly none of the medical professionals I saw had any knowledge of the "cure" I found.
You can continue to take all manner of medication and pray something works. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I kill it in its tracks and simply move on.
