It’s therefore your responsibility and a big one at that, to see that repetitiveness does not set in with kids doing few similar drills daily. The following are a few tips that’ll help you perform practice sessions in an exciting, controlled, and an accepted manner.

1. Does this need more emphasis? Since kids follow their coach, you must act as their mentor. You should reach the filed on dot, illustrate your ability to tackle the ball, engage everyone in drills, and organize sound practice sessions. You’ll get to earn your players respect, their confidence and trust in you.

2. Instruct the kids to bring their own ball to the field everyday. It’s obligatory for the kids to have a soccer ball each. Keep some extra balls handy in case any of the kids fails to get his.

To measure your treadmill belt for replacement do the following : If your treadmill is not a major brand and it needs a new belt you may have to special order a belt. Following are instruction for making sure you get a good measurement. Next to the motor the treadmill belt is the most important part of the treadmill. If it becomes frayed or starts to turn up on the sides then it is time to replace the belt. The treadmill belt will also split at the seam. You should check the belt on a regular basis to ensure it is safe. If the belt wears thin it can ruin the deck, then you have the double expense of replacing the belt and deck. There are many companies that sell replacement treadmill belts, and some of them will take special orders. But you must have the correct measurement so your belt will fit. Following is the directions to measure your belt.

1. Place a mark on the edge of the belt, then using a string or tape measure go completely around the belt to get the circumference. This needs to be as close as you can get it.
2. Measure the width of the belt.
Example 102" X 15"
If your belt is so bad that you know it has to be replaced then cut it off and measure the entire length and width of the belt. If it is a very old belt please allow for stretching. You can also set the rear roller about halfway of the adjusting screws then measure around the front and rear rollers for an accurate measurement. I made a serious attempt to do what I thought everyone else was doing and make the gym part of my routine. There are many tv ads showing regular people becoming god and goddesses only because they attended gym regularly. Staying at home to work out and stay fit has proved to be the best thing my very intelligent friend suggested to change my life.

You hate the gym, you love your house, you want to be fit, you have a spare room and there is such great fitness equipment on sale. Its a no-brainer, right? Thats why hes my smartest friend. I started researching the best home gyms for staying fit and home, and I found there were so many great options. Why hadnt I thought of this? Oh, well, it didnt matter. I promised myself that I would actually use the equipment to get in shape, at home, not to just collect dust. I was amazed how many fitness equipment stores there were. I guess I had never noticed because I only thought about the gym for fitness.

The stores had such a variety of equipment, and the staffs couldnt have been more knowledgeable (or fitter). I wasnt a pioneer in home gym fitness; folks were using fitness equipment at home a long time before before me. But, it didnt take away from my excitement. I started with a recumbent bike.

When I had tried one before, it showed major promise for solving my back problem permanently. After that, I was ready to try a treadmill. I reminded myself that it was not a very good place to pile clothes. Then I decided to start with two pieces of equipment. Not only did I get a good buy, but I realized I could save a fortune on exercise clothes, since I could buy what I liked, not just clothes to keep up with all the others at the gym. This was going to be fun.

Having an equipped home gym will keep you motivated to exercise. My challenge was compounded by the fact that those helpful people at the fitness equipment stores where I bought the equipment called to encourage me, see if I had any questions and see what else I might need. I carefully prepared for my first workout: I bought a special water bottle, a rack for the treadmill to hold a book , and a heart monitor.

That only wasted a few minutes. A year later, Ive never been fitter or prouder of myself. My home gym is great since I can exercise on my own time, but the trainer in me wonders if I need to push myself more. I am.
